Billing, refunds, and cancellation

Pound Town Games membership is a monthly subscription. The regular price is $12.99 per month. Promotions may lower that price; the exact recurring price is shown before you pay.

Cancel any time

You can cancel through the billing link on your room access page or by emailing hello@poundtown.games. We will make cancellation straightforward. If you cancel without a refund, we keep the payment you already made, stop future paid renewals, and give you one extra month of access for free after your paid period ends.

Refunds

If we charge you incorrectly, or we make a mistake with your membership or service, tell us and we will refund the affected payment. This applies even when you used a discount code.

If you simply want a refund, ask us at hello@poundtown.games. We will refund your most recent monthly payment if it was made without a discount code. Earlier monthly payments are not covered by this request policy. A refund ends your membership access and subscription immediately; there will be no future renewals.

Payments made with a discount code are not refundable on request. Billing mistakes remain refundable.
